If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterpriseapplications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning,designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transitionwith minimal disruptionDesign and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations withinSailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectorsto meet business and security requirementsAct as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complexissues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; yourdeep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdlesWork closely withapplication owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements,provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including designspecifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practicesfor ongoing ISC administration and governanceAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to upholdKPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications:Minimum five years of recenthands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specificallyfocused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, or a related field preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus 10 years of Identity Governance experience; SailPoint professional certifications (for example: SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer) are preferredProvenapplication onboarding and migration expertise, including leading at least onesignificant migration from legacy IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager,SailPoint IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Deepunderstanding of IAM and access governance (identity lifecycle, accessrequests, certification, role engineering), security controls, and regulatoryframeworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCPAbilityto lead technical workstreams, make informed decisions, mentor team members,and drive complex identity governance initiativesExcellentanalytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with theability to lead technical discussions; knowledge of AI tools and integrations,including management of non-human and agent identitiesAbility to travel as requiredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H 1B, L 1, TN, O 1, E 3, H 1B1, F 1, J 1, OPT, CPT or any other employment based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
