Certified Activities Director

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Certified Activity Director to lead engaging, person-centered life enrichment programs in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. In this role, you’ll design and coordinate therapeutic and recreational activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being. You’ll assess resident interests, supervise activity staff and volunteers, maintain documentation, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and families.
