Accounting Consultant

Job Description: Accounting Consultant Location: DFW (Hybrid, 3x per week) Position Overview We are seeking a highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Accounting Consultant to join our team in Frisco. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three times per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $60 per hour. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee cash accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Perform detailed revenue accounting tasks, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting revenue streams. Utilize Oracle ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various accounting initiatives and projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Ensure all financial records and documentation are accurate, well-organized, and readily accessible. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash accounting and revenue accounting. Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Compensation Hourly rate: $35-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
