Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• BLS required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation required: 2 weekends during the assignment, with 2 weekdays off during the week
• Floating not required
• Inpatient rehab setting
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Equipment includes hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, and BITS interactive computer system
• Dress code: Black scrubs and closed shoes

Location Highlights
