Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2200 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details: - Medical-surgical/telemetry unit with some cardiac patients.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
