$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates The Behavioral Health Assistant, under the supervision of professional nursing personnel, assists and provides patient care utilizing standards of care. Must be able to de-escalate crisis situations, maintain the milieu with a calm and professional approach, provide redirection, utilize de-escalation techniques, and conduct group activities with patients.
