Responsibilities Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed. Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation. Memorize menu selections and wines including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients. Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures. Requirements Previous guest service experience is required. Cash handling experience is preferred. Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis. Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers. Requirements Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Days/Evenings/Weekends and/or Holidays. Shift usually consists of 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, typing.
