Operations Associate

A growing, established wealth management firm is seeking an Operations Associate to join its team and support the continued development of its advisor platform and operational infrastructure. This is a broad, hands‑on role sitting at the intersection of operations, advisor support, client service, technology and compliance . The successful candidate will work closely with advisors and internal stakeholders to improve processes, support onboarding, resolve operational issues and help deliver a high-quality experience for both advisors and clients. Please note this position is 5 days per week on-site in Alpharetta, GA. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key point of contact for advisors and their support teams, assisting with requests relating to the firm's investment platform, model portfolios, SMAs, trading, technology and operations. Support the onboarding of new advisors and clients, coordinating across operations, compliance and client service teams to provide a smooth transition. Assist with day-to-day operational activities across client service, trading, billing, reporting and administrative functions. Work with custodians including Schwab, Fidelity and Pershing to resolve operational issues and support integrations. Assist with billing calculations, invoice reviews and revenue reconciliation. Support trade execution workflows, reconciliation and resolution of missing or incomplete trade instructions. Help develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support automation and technology initiatives designed to improve the advisor and client experience. Assist with the implementation and optimization of core systems, including CRM, portfolio management, financial planning and reporting platforms. Partner with client service colleagues to deliver a high level of service during onboarding, account transfers and complex client requests. What they're looking for: Approximately 3+ years of experience within wealth management, an RIA, broker-dealer, asset management or a related financial services environment. Exposure to investment operations, advisor support, client service or RIA operations.
