Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Carolina Hearth and Patio. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is organized, orders are processed accurately, shipments are timely, and invoices are error-free. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and organization. 
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. 
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective stock management and organization. 
• Prepare and load materials, equipment, and supplies onto service vehicles for daily job schedules. 
• Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely inventory replenishment and a seamless workflow. 
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures. 
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure all materials are properly stored and readily accessible. 
• Support the service and installation teams by ensuring they have the tools and materials needed to complete jobs successfully.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Previous experience in warehouse is required
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
