Position Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hour evenings Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the X‑ray technician is to obtain useful diagnostic details that help doctors decide on further treatment for patients. Prep patients for diagnostic imaging exams. Produce x‑ray films of body parts for use in diagnosing medical problems such as cancer or fractures. Instruct patients to assume appropriate positions to get accurate images. Assure compliance with federal, state and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines. Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner. Maintain an environment of excellence, focused on patients, providing timely, compassionate, quality care. Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives. Requirements Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology. Valid state radiology registration as required by state law. Two years of X‑ray technician experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting. Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
