Facilities Supervisor

Operations Supervisor2nd shift Operations Supervisor position is for the Facilities trade organization. This position is for the D501 Supervisor for Transfer Cars and MIP equipment which consists of Maintenance Machinists, and Electronics Mechanics.This will consist of developing and scheduling daily/weekly workloads using CMMS, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining safety (JHA) and training programs, conducting preventative maintenance program of submarine transfer cars and utilizing process improvement programs.Applicant will also be required to work with outside contractors and support other Facilities and Operations organizations to complete job tasks.QualificationsExperience:High School diploma or GED5+ years' experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems/equipmentMust meet one of the following:Minimum 1 year facilities maintenance trade experience at electric boatMinimum of 3 year facilities maintenance experience and leadership experience in a high-volume settingMinimum of 1 year EB experience and an Engineering degree in a related fieldPreferred Experience:EB or trade supervision is a plus5+ years' experience working in facility maintenanceBasic electrical experience a plusTechnical certificate(s)SkillsBasic computer experience and knowledge is requiredPhysical QualificationsClimbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, TwistingEnvironmental AttributesAcids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet
