This community health center is part of one of the Northwest's largest FQHC networks, operating over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon. As a patient-centered medical home, the facility is dedicated to serving underserved populations and providing compassionate, comprehensive care regardless of patients' citizenship status or ability to pay.

Opportunity:
Family Medicine Physician

Job Details:
• Full-scope family medicine panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• 1.0 FTE position with 40 hours per week (34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours)
• Work with underserved patient populations in a team-based care approach
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant support for translation and patient care
• EMR system is EPIC
• Opportunity to develop and manage your own patient panel
• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program
• Base compensation of $322,000 per year with guaranteed first-year salary
• $30,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance
• $2,000 monthly resident/fellow stipend available
• Malpractice insurance coverage with no tail coverage policy needed
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• $3,700 annual CME allowance with 5 days of CME time
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits at no cost to employees
