Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Welcome customers and respond to questions about our services.
• Help customers understand windshield repair, glass replacement, hail damage, and window tinting options.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
• Communicate with customers by phone and through other approved communication channels.
• Help organize customer information and service requests.
• Learn how to explain service options, pricing, and insurance-related processes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant services based on customer needs.
• Work with the team to deliver a helpful, professional customer experience.
