\n Practice Overview \n

Radiology Partners Crossroads is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our remote overnight team supporting our Indianapolis practice .

\n

This role offers a broad, non-subspecialty diagnostic mix within a high-acuity environment, delivering care for a Level I Trauma Center . Youll join a growing, stable team with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and long-term career flexibility .

\n Schedule & Call Structure \n

• Overnight-only position (core responsibility)

• Fully remote reading environment
\n
• Flexible shift design to support work-life balance

• No daytime or onsite requirements

\n Compensation & Benefits \n

\n
• Competitive Compensation : $525,000 $650,000 + discretionary bonus (FT)
\n
• Partnership track available for full-time physicians

• MD or DO, Diagnostic Radiology residency (ACGME-accredited)
\n
• Board-eligible or board-certified (ABR or AOBR)
\n
• Indiana license or ability to obtain
