We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic individual to join our leadership team and have a direct and positive impact on the lives of our residents, families, and staff. The successful candidate will assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day-to-day functions. Additionally, providing supervision to the nursing staff, while ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents. RN Supervisor Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State. Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees. Supervise staff in day-to-day operations Function as floor nurse as needed Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance. Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives. Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment. RN Requirements Current RN license in State. Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification. At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred. Knowledge of Matrixcare is preferred.
