- Help rehabilitate and restore body functions, promoting maximum client wellness and independence.
- Provide tailored therapy programs for patients of all ages, addressing developmental deficits, physical injuries, or illnesses.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:


- Coordinating PT services while delivering direct therapeutic care to clients.
- Teaching rehabilitation skills to clients and their caregivers to enhance independence and safety.
- Individualizing preventive and rehabilitative physical therapy procedures based on age-specific needs.
- Developing and revising a comprehensive plan of care based on initial assessments and client goals.
- Applying treatments that involve physical agents such as heat, water, and electricity using specialized equipment.
- Communicating significant clinical findings to physicians and the healthcare team, including clients.
- Documenting all skilled care thoroughly and in compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Participating in the Quality Management program to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as applicable.
- Engaging in staff meetings and customer service programs to meet community care goals.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrating leadership competencies through effective communication and teamwork.
