- Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks
- Highly skilled nursing team with up to a 3:1 nurse-to-DVM ratio
- Collaborative medicine with Medical Directors always available for consults
- Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases
- Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared
- No non-compete contracts - stay because you love it here
- DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey
- TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians
- Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
- Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills
- Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals
- $150,000-$200,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
- ProSal model with 20-25% production and no negative accrual
- Sign-on and relocation bonuses available

- Up to 120 hours of PTO (increasing with tenure) plus 20 hours of holiday leave
