The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical management role. As a Assistant Center Sales Manager at EWC Growth , you’ll lead the business, develop a winning team, and create a guest experience that is elevated and unique to each guest. Please note, this individual will be expected to float between Estero and Naples .

You’ll own the day-to-day success of your center—from sales and team performance to talent development and operations . As the senior leader on-site, you’ll set the energy, establish expectations, celebrate wins, and coach your team to reach the next level.

What You’ll OwnDrive the Business

You won’t just manage the center—you’ll own its performance .

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Analyze results and turn insights into action
• Grass-roots marketing: build local partnerships through events so you can add new guests to your network
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales performance + elevated guest experience
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives that grow the business

• Coach associates on creating meaningful guest connections

• Support the front desk during high-volume periods and lead by example

Run a Best-in-Class Operation

Behind every great guest experience is a center that runs exceptionally well.

• Build effective associate schedules while managing labor targets
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and other daily administrative functions
• Maintain compliance with training, licensing, HR, and operational requirements
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and payment/EFT processes
• Keep the center organized, efficient, and ready to perform every day

Requirements

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
• Team leadership and talent development
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution
• Guest service and sales expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Full-time, open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong proficiency in English
• Must lift up to 25 lbs with the ability to stand for extended periods of time
