Talent Acquisition Specialist

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top clinical, therapy, and support professionals for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities across Texas. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers, while building strong talent pipelines for nursing, therapy, and administrative roles. Partner closely with community leaders to understand staffing needs, promote our servant-leadership culture, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our faith-based, person-centered mission of dignified care.
