This contract role focuses on working with 1-2 classrooms in the Oroville and Paradise area, offering a part-time schedule with onsite presence required two days per week for direct services. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and comfort working with diverse student populations
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms (if applying virtually)
• Must be able to provide in-person services 2 days/week (if applying for onsite position)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in 1-2 classrooms
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Provide SLPA supervision, guidance, and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance student participation and progress
• Attend meetings and communicate progress with school teams
