Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and on-the-job guidance to junior electronics technicians, supporting skill development and troubleshooting efforts. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement design changes, resolve recurring technical issues, and improve system performance and maintainability. Maintain accurate maintenance records, document troubleshooting procedures, and communicate technical findings and recommendations to supervisors and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes, diagnostic methods, and equipment reliability. Qualifications Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in complex electronics maintenance, repair, and advanced troubleshooting. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or completion of a formal, specialized technical/military training program in advanced electronics is strongly preferred.
