Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, with experience in both claims and marketing. I'm a proud grandfather of four and enjoy hiking, adventure travel, and exploring our national parks. I've completed the Camino de Santiago in Portugal, hiked St. Patrick's Way in Ireland, and visited 22 U.S. National Parks. Serving others is at the heart of our agency. I lead a mentoring program and ministry group, support local schools and youth initiatives, and encourage my team to stay involved in the community. I'm also a member of the La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce and have been honored as a La Porte ISD Distinguished Alumni, Past Rotarian of the Year, and La Porte-Bayshore Volunteer of the Year. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
