Travel Ultrasound Technologist – Boston, MA (13‑week contract) Supplemental Health Care is hiring an ultrasound technologist for a travel assignment in Boston. The position starts ASAP, lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week (8‑hour day shifts). This is a travel contract role, offering reliable support, competitive pay, and strong benefits. Key Responsibilities Operate imaging equipment and review images to ensure good quality and diagnostic usefulness. Identify normal and abnormal imaging results; communicate a summary to physicians and alert them to urgent problems. Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam. Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments. Qualifications Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy. American Heart Association BLS certification. Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience. Contract Details & Compensation Pay: $1,920 – $2,141 per week (taxable wages plus tax‑free meal, housing, and incidentals). Duration: 13‑week contract, possibility to extend. Shift: 8‑hour days.
