Active Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) and Acute Care OT experience required Current AHA BLS certification required Experience evaluating and treating hospitalized patients with physical and cognitive functional deficits required Strong skills in ADL retraining, functional mobility, therapeutic activities, and adaptive equipment Experience developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and safe discharge Strong patient assessment, progress documentation, discharge planning, and patient/family education skills Ability to collaborate effectively with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, case management, and other interdisciplinary team members Client Details Address
