Job Overview
Moran Agencies is hiring a Bilingual Life Insurance Sales Representative in Bridgeport, CT. This is a full-time career opportunity with a base salary, uncapped commission, full benefits, and paid training. No prior insurance experience required. We train motivated people from day one and give you a real path to six figures.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses: $45,000–$70,000/year

What You'll Do
Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection
Build lasting relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-up
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
Conduct insurance needs analyses and recommend the right coverage
Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy servicing
Track client interactions and manage your pipeline in our CRM
Spot cross-sell opportunities across home, auto, commercial insurance, mortgage, tax, and real estate
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
Comfortable learning basic computer/CRM systems
Active Life Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain one
Prior sales, retail, banking, or customer service experience a plus - not required
