Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or finance from an accredited college/university is required

Must be working towards CPA licensure

3 years of experience working at a public accounting firm

Experienced in tax preparation and tax planning with multi state partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts (ideal but not required), and high net-worth individuals

Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client services

Job Description:

Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations

Collaboratively work with all levels of staff on client engagements

Manage client relationships, including assessing client needs, developing strategies and solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service

Pursue new business development

Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns when necessary

Cultivate a professional niche that suits your strengths and interests

Mentor staff to create future leaders

Interpersonal Skills:
