As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Your client base will comprise a diverse group of individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support. You'll work with those struggling with conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues involving substance use or significant life stressors. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their mental health journeys and empowering them towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

  • A solid knowledge base regarding mental health disorders and best practice treatment modalities.

  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop detailed treatment strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive situations.
