Medical Technologist – Bone Marrow Laboratory The Medical Technologist – Bone Marrow Laboratory is a Bachelor’s prepared Medical Technologist who performs diagnostic tests and processes procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities As a self-motivated professional, you will be responsible for the following: Utilize critical thinking and problem‑solving skills related to laboratory activities. Perform age‑specific/developmental diagnostic tests and provide staff education related to procedures, results, and troubleshooting. Act as liaison and coordinator of laboratory activities with the medical staff, other departments, and hospital staff. Demonstrate commitment to world‑class standards. Employ effective verbal, written, and organizational skills. Provide 24/7 on‑call coverage. Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field of study. Certification with MT ASCP, ABHI, or equivalent required within six months of hire.
