Responsibilities Process customer orders received via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Provide product information, pricing, and inventory availability. Verify inventory levels across multiple locations to fulfill customer orders. Coordinate and schedule deliveries utilizing company vehicles and drop‑shipment vendors. Communicate with warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Keep customers informed regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Schedule deliveries to commercial and residential customers while maximizing efficiency and controlling costs. Identify creative solutions to logistics and service‑related challenges. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, order processing, or a related role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities. Comfortable using phones, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Experience with inventory management systems and logistics coordination is a plus.
