Job Summary: Directly supporting the Vice President of Marketing & Brand, this role serves as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to leadership, driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and execution against key priorities. As Chief of Staff, this position helps shape strategic direction, enables leadership decision-making, and ensures priorities are translated into coordinated action and measurable outcomes across the Marketing & Brand organization. This strategic partner will work closely with leaders to refine approaches, remove barriers, and ensure successful execution of business objectives. What You Will Do: Partner with the Vice President and leadership team to align priorities, shape strategic initiatives, and drive execution across the organization. Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the organization, including planning cycles, business reviews, leadership meetings, and performance tracking. Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, helping teams develop, refine, and execute their approaches to achieving business objectives. Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and decision-making to focus resources on the highest-value opportunities. Improve leadership effectiveness by coordinating initiatives, facilitating communication, and enabling informed decision-making. Identify and remove organizational friction points that hinder collaboration, execution, or business results. Develop and implement measurement frameworks that connect marketing and brand initiatives to meaningful business outcomes. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them. Consulting Process & Tools: Knowledge of consulting process; ability to engage in planning sales, conducting research and analysis, finding solutions and preparing recommendations. Considerations For Top Candidates: Strategic Leadership Progressive experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, consulting, or business operations for a enterprise company Experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Chief Communications Officer or similar executives Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable marketing and brand initiatives. Strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning. Trusted advisor capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters. Global Leadership Experience Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones. Understanding of regional marketing nuances while maintaining global brand consistency. Ability to align diverse stakeholders around common objectives. Data & Analytical Skills Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for decision-making. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights. Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement. Summary Pay Range: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
