Director, Quality Operations — Healthcare Compliance Leader

WelbeHealth is seeking a Director of Quality Operations to lead enterprise-wide quality strategy, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive care excellence for PACE participants.

You will partner with Analytics, Compliance, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights, develop standardized workflows, and monitor CAPs to close gaps and improve performance. This role requires CA regulatory familiarity and a strong track record in healthcare quality and audits.
