Unit Information

• Unit Name: 5th Floor
• Building: Main Campus
• Cost Center: 60302
• Number of Beds: 33
• Patient Ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights
• Unit Staffing: 3 techs per shift, Unit Secretaries available on dayshift

Equipment & Documentation

• Type of Equipment: IVs, Kangaroo pumps, SCDs
• Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling & Floating Policy

• Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating Policy: May float in rotation to other appropriate areas as needed
