Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a hotel and resort location, where you will help monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and support property rules, directions, and/or assistance requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete routine reports and document incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related observations in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
