Requirements Pen Bay Hospital is looking for a locum cardiologist to cover 1 week on 1 week off! Details: Start Date: As soon as credentialed 90-120 days EMR: Epic PB Cardiac testing call coverage. Thursday 5p-Thursday 5p. Mon-Fri 8a-5p in house providing stress testing coverage graphics interpretation in-patient consults and procedures TEE/DCCV. In patient only plus testing as above. There are currently 3 Cardiologists and 3 APPs within the practice Approx 46 MedSurg beds Open ICU- 8 ICU beds Adult only demographic Schedule: One week on one week off will consider 2 weeks on 2 weeks off Thursday: 5 PM–8 AM night call Friday: 8 AM–5 PM in-house 5 PM–8 AM night call Saturday: 8 AM–8 AM 24-hour call Sunday: 8 AM–8 AM 24-hour call Monday–Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM in-house 5 PM–8 AM night call Thursday: 8 AM–5 PM in-house Schedule to start and end on Thursdays at 5pm. For clarity Mon-Fri will be on site 8a-5p in person. The physician will be providing stress test coverage reading graphics procedures TEE/DCCV and inpatient hospital consultations. For weekend and after hours the call coverage includes both PenBay and Waldo hospitals. Call information: After-hours/weekend calls can be managed over the phone. Minimal if any many instances that require the Cardiologist to come in but it is an expectation if the situation requires it. Travel Requirements: Flight - No first-class flights. Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and fees Rental Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals. Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Bill Rates Needed to Submit: Malpractice - Must be included in the rates. Orientation - Per hour of orientation or training Hourly – for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Holiday Hourly Overtime - Per hour Holiday Overtime Night call 5pm-8am weeknight Holiday night call Weekend call 24 hours 8am-8am Saturday and Sunday Holiday weekend call Call back Holiday Call back Conversion fee - 25k rate cap max conversion fee but fee will vary depending on hours worked as outlined in CSE



Schedule Varied, 1 week on 1 week off- Thursday 5p-Thursday 5pm. Night call and hourly
