Brand Ambassador Our Brand Ambassador will be 50% of the field sales team, working with a Sales Representative in a designated sales territory. Our Brand Ambassador should be an outgoing, dynamic person with exceptional oral communication skills. They should be a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for engaging with, and educating patients about the entire District Cannabis product line at multiple pop-up events around Ocean City, Maryland. Your role in caring for our plants: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Transport merchandise and promotional materials to and from various locations. Set up event booth at various locations. Track sales of sold merchandise. Build and maintain rapport with budtenders and dispensary management. Educate dispensary patrons about the District Cannabis product line and the benefits and uses of each product. Spread brand awareness through word‑of‑mouth at pop up events around Ocean City, MD. Act as the "face" of District Cannabis at all scheduled events. Distribute posters, stickers, and flyers. Work with the Sales and Marketing Team to promote events on social media. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications we ask you to have: For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age. You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check. We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED. We ask that you have at least one (1) year of customer service, events or hospitality experience. We prefer brand ambassador experience. Willingness to be in market and travel to our Ocean City, MD Partner sites. Additional skills which will help you excel in your role: Desire and ability to work as a member of a team. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends and applicable holidays. Well developed knowledge of cannabis industry, growing and processing techniques, products and their uses is required. Please have personal accountability, proactive behaviors, and strong attention to detail. Excellent observational skills. Ability to remain calm in high‑pressure situations. Compliance with all HR policies including confidentiality and non‑disclosure. Ability to work at a fast pace in a high production environment. Strong computer skills. Work Location Requires 100% travel within Ocean City, MD area.
