Your Role & Impact

• Clinical Leadership: Lead patient care during the NOC shift, serving as the primary clinical point of contact.
• Expert Assessment: Monitor patient stability, advocate for their needs, and coordinate directly with physicians.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to update and execute individualized care plans.
• Quality Nursing: Deliver skilled careincluding medication administration and chartingwith precision and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A genuine passion for elevating the standard of care in a post-acute and rehab setting.
