Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales BDC Representative to connect with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, schedule showroom appointments, and support our Sales Department.

Position Details

·         Full-time.

·         Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

·         Communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, email, and chat to answer questions and provide vehicle information.

·         Respond promptly to internet leads and sales inquiries.

·         Follow up with prospects and set appointments for the sales team.

·         Confirm appointments and update lead/customer records in the dealership CRM.

·         Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities.

·         Work with sales consultants to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·         Customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.

·         Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.

Additional Information

Previous BDC, customer service, sales, or dealership experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.
