What You’ll Do: Lead daily huddles & mentor Medical Assistants Manage patient flow & ensure clinic readiness Perform advanced clinical tasks (labs, EKGs, injections, etc.) Oversee vaccine programs, supply orders & chart audits Support staff, resolve issues, and enhance patient experience Take vitals & prepare patients for exams Assist with labs, procedures, and follow-ups Maintain organized records and stocked rooms Deliver whole-person care with enthusiasm! What You’ll Need: Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience CPR/BLS Certified High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
