We are looking for a CNC Supervisor who excels at Change Management!

Supervisor, CNC Manufacturing –Northwest Metro MN
$90K–$100K + Profit Sharing

We are seeking a CNC Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a skilled CNC machining team, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement. You’ll oversee daily production, mentor staff, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate on new product development and automation initiatives.

Qualification needed:

10+ years in CNC machining / manufacturing, 3+ years supervising CNC teams
Expertise in CNC technology, tooling, programming, and lean principles
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
