While this position is entirely remote, you will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and support. Our work setting is centered around a virtual Detox Center, specially designed to provide the same therapeutic services clients can expect in-person. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' unique substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and specific treatment needs.

  • Design individualized treatment plans that holistically address addiction alongside any co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring a comprehensive pathway to recovery.

  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate meaningful discussions and interventions.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated and streamlined care for all clients.

  • Provide ongoing education and support to clients' family members, fostering an understanding of the recovery process and encouraging their involvement in treatment.

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with all regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.

  • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
