Texas Licensed Senior Social Worker

To support the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program, the remote Senior Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) will independently provide advanced social work services to assess and address the medical, psychiatric, and social needs of students, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to interpret patients' social, emotional, environmental, and financial needs Develop treatment plans or refer cases to appropriate professionals to ensure patients receive necessary care Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient experiences and evaluate individualized care plans Required qualifications: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Minimum of 4 years of social work experience, including at least 1 year of evidence-based counseling Experience with trauma-specific treatment modalities preferred Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria
