Job Details

• Location: Kingwood, TX
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position Description: Providing patient care in a telemetry department, including data collection and monitoring. The unit has 28 beds with a staff of 31, including charge nurses, RNs, and technicians.
• Required Qualifications: LVN/LPN or RN license; at least two years of nursing experience; telemetry experience; phlebotomy skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience; recent use of Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Responsibilities: Monitoring patient telemetry data, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety according to unit policies.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all listed qualifications and skills for consideration.
• Additional Information: Candidates without telemetry experience or at least two years of nursing experience will not be considered for this role.
