Location: 2100 N Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Clovis, NM 88101-9412 Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $39.15 - Maximum Offer $59.77 Summary: Presbyterian is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and deliver a broad range of therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitating physical and developmental disorders. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders. Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served. Oversee and insure a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient. Promote patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence. Coordinate and communicate with various disciplines or services involved in patient care. Coordinate efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during episode of care. Serve as patient advocate. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic computer skills required. Basic understanding of the rules and regulations of the specific setting. Qualifications Physical Therapist: Less than one year experience in physical therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.
