Assistant Wrestling Coach

Season: Winter 26-27 Position: Assistant Wrestling Coach Pay Stipends are paid in accordance with the Teacher Labor Agreement, Appendix C Overview The assistant coach is responsible for supporting the head coach in all aspects of running the program including try-outs, team selection, practices, games, etc. Qualifications A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is required. Strong background in and understanding of the specific sport. Successful coaching experience strongly preferred. Experience in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance with the school mission and vision. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community. Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior. Positive, high energy, and committed.
