AboutthePosition

ThePropertyManageroverseesleasing,maintenance,residentrelations,financialadministration,andemployeesupervision.Workingcloselywithcorporatepartners,youwillestablishpriorities,addresschallenges,andkeepthecommunityoperatingefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities

Supervisetheonsitepropertyoperationsandmaintenanceteams,settingclearexpectationsandholdingemployeesaccountable.
Participateinrecruiting,interviewing,hiring,andonboardingnewemployees.
Providetraining,coaching,performanceevaluations,recognition,andemployeedevelopment.
AddressemployeeperformanceconcernsandworkplaceissuesinpartnershipwithHumanResources.
Directleasingandrenewalactivitiestosupportoccupancyandresidentretentiongoals.
Collaboratewithcorporateteamsonrentalrates,marketingstrategies,andpropertyinitiatives.
Respondtoresidentconcernspromptlyandprofessionally,ensuringappropriatefollow-through.
Overseemaintenanceoperations,apartmentreadiness,propertyappearance,andprojectswithinapprovedbudgets.
Preparetheannualpropertybudgetforapprovalandprovidemonthlyfinancialandvariancereports.
Managepurchaseorders,invoices,rentcollection,anddelinquencyfollow-up.
Obtainandevaluatevendorbidsandsubmitrecommendationsforapproval.
Maintainaccuraterecordsandensureoperationsfollowcompanypolicies,FairHousingrequirements,andapplicableregulations.

Qualifications

HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired.
Threetofiveyearsofresidentialpropertymanagementexperiencerequired.
Onetothreeyearsofsupervisoryexperiencerequired.
FairHousingCertificationrequired.
Strongunderstandingofleasing,residentrelations,maintenanceoperations,budgeting,andfinancialreporting.
Experienceprocessingpurchaseordersandinvoices.
ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeandpropertymanagementsoftware;OneSiteexperiencepreferred.
Strongorganizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills.
Abilitytomanagecompetingpriorities,exercisesoundjudgment,andworkeffectivelywithonsiteandcorporatecolleagues.

CompensationandBenefits

Basesalary:$70,000–$80,000peryear,dependingonexperience.
