Pay & Earnings

Drivers can expect to earn $1,860 to $2,193 per week , with top drivers averaging over $114,055 annually . Pay is based on a combination of mileage and bonuses, including:

• Base pay up to $0.70 CPM
• Additional incentives including weekly earnings enhancements and mileage bonuses
• Quarterly bonus up to $0.02 CPM

Drivers typically run 2,200 to 2,400 miles per week , providing consistent and dependable income.

Route Details

• Dedicated Walmart freight (store deliveries)
• Multi-stop loads
• Average length of haul: 475 miles
• Running area includes: Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah
• Drop & Hook (limited) with live unloads

Home Time

• Home weekly
• Typical schedule: Day driving, 6 days out with 1 day off during the week

Additional Pay

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Short Haul Pay: Additional $25 for loads between 0–75 miles and 76–125 miles
• No detention pay
