Clinic Manager

Description The Vascular Clinic Manager serves as a bridge between clinical staff and physicians, ensuring efficient and responsive workflow to patient needs. You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, supporting patient care excellence, and driving team success. Vascular clinic or cardiology clinic experience is required. Primary responsibilities Supervising Staff: Train, schedule, and monitor the performance of medical assistants. Must be able to perform all the duties this position manages. Streamlining Patient Flow: Develop and maintain processes that enhance the efficiency of patient handling. Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies and equipment. Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards. MIPS: Monitor all measures for successful outcomes. Train and mentor staff to ensure all applicable measures are met and surpassed. Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as phone management, appointment scheduling, and insurance claims processing. Auditing: Ensure schedule is efficiently and effectively booked. Review charts to ensure pre-charting is accurate and complete. Audit work-product to maintain practice standards. Requirements Vascular clinic or cardiology clinic experience is required. Previous clinic management experience is required. Healthcare management experience is required (5+ years) Scheduling experience is required. Epic EMR experience is required. Knowledge of medical office operations and patient care. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Team oriented and ability to work with a diverse team and environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
