Geriatric Clinical Dietitian for Senior Care Teams

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian dedicated to providing nutrition care for participants in Florida PACE Centers. You will be responsible for educating seniors and their caregivers, conducting nutritional assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create effective care plans. The ideal candidate will have a BS or advanced degree in food and nutrition, one year of experience with the frail elderly population, and a Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license.
