Housekeeping Room AttendantThe Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall comfort of guest rooms and assigned public areas. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience by ensuring rooms meet brand and hotel cleanliness standards.Key Responsibilities:Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroomsReplenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenitiesInspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety concerns; report any issues promptlyFollow established cleaning procedures and brand standards consistentlyHandle guest requests and interactions in a professional, friendly, and timely mannerMaintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked and organizedFollow all safety, sanitation, and infection control proceduresProtect guest privacy and confidentiality at all timesAssist with laundry or public area cleaning as neededQualifications & Skills:Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and pride in cleanlinessAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs throughout the shiftDependable, punctual, and team-orientedPositive attitude and commitment to guest satisfactionWork Environment:Fast-paced hotel environmentMay include weekends, holidays, and flexible schedulingWhat We Offer:Competitive paySupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementTraining provided
