Field Engineer | Clinical Healthcare Environment | Murrells Inlet/Georgetown Region of South Carolina

Join a dynamic healthcare environment where technology directly supports patient care. We're seeking a customer-focused Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support across hospital and clinical settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for clinical and administrative staff
• Deploy, image, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform hardware break/fix support and equipment replacements
• Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
• Support technology rollouts and day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Windows environments, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with imaging, deployments, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required

This is a Contract position based out of Murrells Inlet, SC.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Murrells Inlet,SC.
